1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by Black Lion VIP Protection (“the Company”). By engaging our services, the client agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.

 

2. Services Provided
Black Lion VIP Protection offers professional security services including but not limited to:
VIP / Close Protection
Event Security
Corporate & Residential Security
Risk Assessment & Security Planning
All services are delivered based on agreed scope, duration, and operational requirements.

 

3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement).
A deposit may be required to secure services.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment terms are agreed upon and accepted.

4. Payment Terms
Fees will be agreed upon prior to service delivery.
Full or partial payment may be required upfront depending on the service.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding security needs
Disclose any risks or threats relevant to the assignment
Cooperate with security personnel at all times
Ensure a safe working environment for our staff
Failure to comply may affect service delivery.

6. Company Responsibilities
Black Lion VIP Protection will:
Provide trained and professional personnel
Deliver services with due care, skill, and diligence
Maintain confidentiality and discretion
Act in the best interest of the client’s safety at all times

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety but does not guarantee absolute protection against all risks.
Black Lion VIP Protection is not liable for unforeseen incidents beyond reasonable control.
Liability is limited to the value of the service contract unless otherwise required by law.

 

8. Confidentiality
All client information, operations, and personal details are treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, unless required by law.

9. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if:
The client breaches these terms
Staff safety is compromised
Illegal activities are involved

10. Conduct & Compliance
All services are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Clients must not request any unlawful actions from personnel.

11. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

12. Amendments
Black Lion VIP Protection reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be communicated where applicable.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.
