Mamadou Lamine Sylla, commonly known as Leuz, is the founder of Black Lion VIP Protection, with over a decade of hands-on experience in the security and bodyguard industry. He has received professional training in Security & Bodyguard services and brings additional expertise in martial arts, including Karate, Kung-fu, and Krav Maga.

Throughout his career, Mamadou has worked across multiple security roles, building a solid and practical foundation in both private and high-profile protection. His experience includes serving as a Bodyguard to Mr Moustapha Niass, President of the Assembly of Senegal, for 1 year. He also worked as a Bodyguard for Doctor Malick Diob for 6 months and as a Bouncer at Patio Night Club for 6 months.

He later served as a Bodyguard for Ibrahima Sall for 1 year, followed by a role as a Security Officer at Terrou-bi Dakar for 3 months. Mamadou then gained extensive long-term experience at Cochrane International Physical Perimeter Security Barriers, where he worked as a Security Officer for 3 years. Most recently, he served at Surrender Security Services for 3 years as a Security Officer, Bodyguard, and Driver.

His experience spans VIP protection, perimeter security, access control, and crowd management, making him adaptable to a wide range of security environments. Known for his discipline, alertness, and professionalism, Mamadou focuses on prevention, situational awareness, and effective response.
